Welcome to AI + Nurse Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our online courses, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing or accessing any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ownership & Contracting Party. AI + Nurse Academy is a brand/program of Ferrara Consulting Group LLC (the “Company”). All purchases, agreements, and receipts are with Ferrara Consulting Group LLC.

Nature of Offerings. Programs are noncredit professional development. AI + Nurse Academy is not a school, college, or university and does not offer credit-bearing courses or degrees.

Naming/Consent Notice (New York). The brand name includes an educational term. In New York State, certain educational terms require consent from the New York State Education Department before use as an assumed name with the Department of State. Until such consent and filing are complete, Ferrara Consulting Group LLC is the contracting entity and payee, and “AI + Nurse Academy” is used as a brand descriptor only.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase or access our courses. You agree to use our Services only for lawful and professional educational purposes.

2. Course Access

Access to purchased courses is granted upon successful payment.

Courses are for personal, individual use only. Sharing access credentials or materials with others is not permitted.

We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect sharing, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Payment and No Refund Policy

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with course content, changes in personal circumstances, or technical issues unrelated to our platform.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Payment Recipient & Descriptor. All payments are processed to Ferrara Consulting Group LLC. Depending on your payment method, you may see a descriptor such as “FERRARA CONSULT” or “FERRARA CONSULT / AI NURSE.”

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, text, slides, assessments, and graphics, are owned by AI + Nurse Academy or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal learning only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or publicly share any content without prior written consent.

5. Certificates and Badges

Certificates or digital badges may be issued for course completion but do not represent formal academic credit, certification, or licensure.

Noncredit; No CE Unless Stated. Certificates or digital badges are noncredit and do not constitute continuing education (CE) or board certification unless a specific course page expressly states that approved CE credit is offered by a named accreditor.

6. Technology and Platform Access

We aim to provide reliable access to our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

7. Disclaimer

All course content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional judgment, institutional policy, or clinical guidance. AI + Nurse Academy does not provide medical or legal advice.

No Professional Practice or Licensure Training. Offerings do not constitute the practice of a licensed profession and do not qualify participants for professional licensure or license renewal unless explicitly stated for a given course.
